Details about the 2013 Paul "Bear" Bryant Awards
The 2013 Marathon Oil Corporation Paul “Bear” Bryant Awards will be held on Thursday, January 17th at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in downtown Houston. This annual awards banquet is held to announce the Coach of the Year winner live and to recognize a Lifetime Achievement recipient on his career accomplishments. Awards night festivities include a VIP reception for attendees to mingle one-on-one with coaches and celebrities; and an auction of sports memorabilia and experiences.
Ceremony Schedule of Events
- 6:00 pm – Registration, Silent Auction Opens
- 7:00pm – Seating for dinner and program
- 2013 Lifetime Achievement Award presentation
- 2012 Bryant Coach of the Year Award presented live by Marc Bryant Tyson, grandson of Coach Paul W. Bryant
